Withdraw online
Enter the email you use with us and press the button. You don't need to give a reason, and it's enough to send it within the 14 days. We confirm by email that we've received it.
Prefer email? Write to support@docta.dk with "Withdrawal" in the subject. If you're logged in, you can also press Withdraw under My account. All three count the same.
Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought the subscription, without giving a reason. Access starts right away once you've paid, because you ask for it when you buy; you still keep the right of withdrawal for those 14 days.
Refund
Because access starts right away at your request, you pay for the days you had access. You get the rest back: the price of the period times the unused days divided by the days in the period, rounded to the nearest øre.
Example: you pay DKK 19 for Semester for a 30-day period and withdraw after 6 days. You get DKK 19 × 24/30 = 15.20 back. On Degree (DKK 39) it's 39 × 24/30 = DKK 31.20.
We approve every refund by hand and pay the amount back no later than 14 days after we get your message, to the card you paid with. The subscription stops when you withdraw.
After 14 days
After the withdrawal period we don't refund. You can still cancel any time under My account and keep access until the paid month ends.
Standard withdrawal form (you can also use this)
The law says we must give you this form. You don't have to use it: the form at the top of this page, an email or the button on My account does the same. If you want to use it, copy the text, fill it in and email it to us.
